I offer a guided meditation at the beginning of each session, to help you fully 'arrive'. Once the Sound Journey begins, lay down & relax, allowing the music and mantras to move gently into your body. This will ease you into deep rest or perhaps allow you to experience a deeper meditation or other altered states of awareness. Every sound journey I share is unique. I intuitively conect to the energy of the group and channel sounds to support your healing on all levels.
After the journey, we take time to share our experience and insights, enjoy some tea or simply sit quietly for as long as you need.
